Shipping Policy

Hey y’all, thanks so much for supporting the Solo Cowboy! We’re here to get your order out the door and to you as fast as we can, but just a heads up—sometimes things might take a little longer when we’re out on the road and at shows, living the cowboy dream.

We pack and ship orders a couple of times a week, but if we’re at a show, it might take a few extra days to get your package in your hands. Don’t worry, though—we’ll get your order shipped as soon as we can. We do ship while we’re on the road, it may just take a bit longer.

Here’s how it works:

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days, but this could be 3-5 business days if we’re on the road.

 

On The Road: We’re always hitting the road for shows and events, and that means shipping might take a little longer during those times. Be sure to check out our travel schedule on the site to stay updated on when we’re out and about.

 

Shipping Rates: Standard rates apply, and we’re doing our best to keep costs as low as possible while still getting your goods to you safely.

 

We’re all about making sure you’re stoked with your order, so if you have any questions or need a little update, just shoot us a message. We’re usually pretty quick on the replies, unless we’re deep in the middle of a show—but we’ll get back to ya ASAP.
